As part of our vetting process for domestic staffing in Manhattan, we conduct comprehensive reference checks by personally speaking with previous employers and documenting verbal references. We also perform a federal background check, including a Social Security trace, criminal records search, DMV report review, sexual offender database screening, and credit check. Upon request, candidates may be submitted for drug testing and personality assessments for an additional fee.
